At I AM DELILAH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
